We had to takes two flights to reach our destination - St. Louis to Chicago then Chicago to Bangor. The first flight was just over an hour and the second was under 3 hours. We arrived early both times. The connecting flight was actually the same plane we had exited but we didn't realize that until we were looking for the connection.

I have flown this same trip via Delta before but I was looking to shave off some time (like 10 hours of layover). I booked the flight and had every one yelling "noooo" when I told them which airline I was flying with. Let me tell you, they were fantastic! I was so happy with the service, with timing, with everything. Ignorance is bliss I suppose. I will most certainly travel with them again.

Flying from Peoria, IL early morning to Chicago during the winter is usually always late as it took them 30 minutes to deice after they pushed away from the gate. Same thing happened coming home from Chicago to Peoria. 9:30 departure and they push away from the gate and they had to deice and we took off at 10:21 our scheuled landing time in Peoria. no thank you

airplanes owned by Americans Company are just a transport from A to B it just has to be over very quick

Everything was great. on tyime, smooth flight, the attendants were "first class", food
and drinks great! We winter in Florida every year, and it is a good reliable way to go.
We use United exclusively to travel.
