Wow, now you all charge for a carry on?? Whats next - charge per each shoe? It will be welcomed when you go back to customer service. Delta, Delta, Delta!

I am posting this review after several attempts to resolve my issues with United airlines. After flying from St. Louis to Denver on March 9, our return flight was canceled on March 13 due to lack of crew. This was understandable as a major storm had canceled over 1000 flights in Denver the day before. There were so many cancellations and issues, that our first available flight home wasn't until 3 days later on March 17. Our checked bags, however, were sent on to St. Louis despite our flight cancellation. We had no choice but to buy new toiletries and clothes. United refused to compensate us for any of those expenses because we don't fit the typical " delayed baggage" case. If an airline is willing to recognize that compensation for clothing, etc is warranted for baggage delays, should not the same be true when your bags fly on without you? Given the situation ( the airport was a mess), bags should have been pulled from cancelled flights. I will never fly this airline again.

Was pleasantly surprised at the service we received on the ground at check in and onboard. They even fed us snacks of the paid menu for free as the card machine was not working. Well done ground staff and crew . Would recommend the airline for all US flights.

Beautiful Aircraft lots of entertainment. Bought Lunch at Airport and very good. Had juice/water in the Airplane

United packed us in like cattle. Was late for every leg and I missed every connection for the trip. This meant multiple overnights for what was supposed to be a 12 hour trip. They left me stranded in Frankfurt Germany for two days. They made us stand in line for roughly six hours. Their ground crew could not have cared less. No information, alternates or anything to support us. Then again, at least they didn't beat the crap out of me -- so I had that going for me.

Save yourself the hassle - avoid United like the plague.
