Just unpacked and repacked my carry-on luggage on because they "ran out of space" for it. Just to walk on the plane and see that they had plenty. United is just a hair above Frontier. I avoid them as best I can.

1) The plane was delayed and the trip was postponed 2 days. This can happen.
2) I was scammed for 940 USD while trying to upgrade for business seats. The team told me I must buy 25000 miles to get upgraded, and told me there was available seats. Once i had done this, they told me no seats was available and i can only get on the waiting list. They are unable to refund me.
My parents had a flight from Atlanta to Chicago to go to Ethiopia. Ronda N who was at the United Airlines counter to check their bag was extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful to my parents and I. We understand the luggages we’re over weight and all we needed was for her to tell us we need to adjust the weight and make sure the weights are within the guidelines. She would not even listen to us. Yelling, and continued to disrespect my elderly parents. I have been living in US for more than 20 years and I never experienced such a poor customer service. We were insulted infront of other customers and embarrassed. We would have leave but my percents have connection flight to Ethiopia from Chicago so we did not have choice to cancel this flight. I can not imagine having such personality at the check in counter as a face of this company. We recently moved from Seattle to Atlanta and I have never ever had experience with such a rude, demanding and unprofessional attitude.
After spending almost 3K on one-way tickets from Rio to Miami, we were told we could not order a drink because we had not downloaded the app to do so on a 9.5 hour flight.
I would describe the support crew on this flight as literally evil and I will never use this airline again.
Toxic people/culture. Horrible experience all around.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Flight attendants were extremely rude to my disabled parent. They were extremely inconsiderate. My mother had asked to sit next to my disabled father to assist him if there was a need but they did not let them and in addition spoke very rudely to my parents although the other passenger was being considerate. If you have a disabled loved one PLEASE AVOID UNITED AIRLINES!
