We have flown with virgin a number of times to the USA and have been satisfied with the flight each time. We were on the plan for around 11 hours going and 9 hours coming back and both sets of staff were caring, kind, professional and ensured our flight was as good as it could be in economy. The entertainment package on board is excellent, usually a good topic of conversation with the kids before we get on the plane and the food is good. Would highly recommend.

Both ways of our flight were spectacular on this new airplane. It is a long 10-hour flight from Los Angeles to London but we were pleasantly surprised with the legroom in coach. Very comfortable. The service was amazing. The flight attendants, all very young, were attentive throughout the night but let passengers sleep. On the trip home, we must have had 8-10 food and beverage services. We look forward to flying Virgin Atlantic again.

Virgin can't be beat regarding friendly, professional service and comfort. Business class is superior in every way to British Airways where you actually have to crawl over someone else's feet to get out, and the flight attendants aren't nearly as pleasant. Virgin is always my first choice when flying to Europe. My friends were seated in premium economy and were also very satisfied.

The in-flight service from the Virgin Atlantic Airways crew was amazing. Although we were delayed (due to weather in NYC and JFK being backed up), the crew made sure we were comfortable and happy while waiting to be taxied. They served us water and pretzels while we waited. The main course meal was delicious and so was the small breakfast box given to us right before landing in London. The crew was cheerful and accommodated any request. There were a few seats empty on the flight which made it even better! I would totally recommend!
