They have the worst sales team ever. I have spoke to 2 different sales people regarding pricing/quotation's. I wanted to book a holiday to los angeles & san francisco. i have dealt with this company before and booked previous holidays. i thought i would email the same individuals i previously dealt with. They started off emailing me back but once i told them i was not going to book it straight away they have completely blanked my emails and will not respond. They clearly only think about comission and do not want to deal with people who will not book there and then.

Best value and quality at the same time, of any transatlantic airline. The economy seats recline almost all the way, are comfortable, wide, with lots of leg room.

We travelled as a family on holiday with Virgin Atlantic from London Gatwick to Orlando on 9 May 2019 (flying with Jersey Girl)- returning 23 May 2019 (flying with Ladybird). Both of the flights were comfortable and the service from both cabin crews was excellent. They were regularly bringing drinks around the cabin and the food supplied was of a good quality. All in all , a very good service. Virgin Atlantic highly recommended

Virgin did a good job on this flight. It was a large plane, but everything was so orderly. The drink service was fantastic and ALL of the food was great. Bravo! Knee space was a little tight versus some other airlines, but not a major issue. Overall I would like to use them again for international flights.

We are lucky enough to have visited Orlando many times over the last 10 years. We use Virgin due to points system however in recent years have noticed how lacking the service has become. We haven’t flown for two years with them now, so weren’t expecting much. We were however pleasantly surprised. The crew were attentive, provided great service on both legs of our journey and nothing was too much trouble. It was how it used to be, obviously the crew wanted to be there and not just wishing they were already down route. Constant water/juice services much appreciated. My son was treated like a passenger and not a child who was ignored, and the crew even gave him their own milk so he could have a cup of tea. We will certainly be looking forward to flying with Virgin again, and hope that the next crew we get are as fantastic.
