I took a flight with THAI Smile (07/10/23), flight 2290 and I had a lot of problems with the attendant. From the beginning of the service she was rude and rude. She didn't even respond one good morning. After I paid for the excess weight, she decided to mess with my hand luggage, forcing me to remove my things and put everything in my backpack, which would also go with me. This is an unprepared employee who doesn't even have the ability to work with the public.

Cheap airline but premium service. Complimentary pastry and hot drinks for an hours flight which was a nice surprise! Friendly service, would fly again.
