By far the worst airline I have ever flown with, and even worse customer service.
We flew with Thai Smile from LHR - HKT, our luggage did not arrive at HKT for over a week after our arrival. This was due to baggage issues at LHR, which we could accept as out of Thai Smile's control.
We were forced to buy our own clothes, toiletries & towels in Phuket & that we would be reimbursed for these purchases. However, 2 YEARS & 100 e-mails & phonecalls later we are yet to receive a single penny.
Thai Smile have attempted to make the process difficult for us at every single turn and refuse to communicate. We've paid out of pocket to purchase essentials and have been ignored at every turn.
DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE - THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
