Kind of out of the way if you are staying at 7 Mile Beach, but well worth the drive. Best to take a taxi since you drive on the left in Cayman. Ambiance, service and food make the trip worth it. I love a good carpaccio and haven’t had one this good in years. Today most restaurants give you a bunch of salad with a little meat but not the real thing, this was the real thing. My husband had the daily catch ceviche and was pleasantly surprised on how good it was. My main dish was spinach ravioli stuffed with duck in a mushroom cream sauce, unbelievably delicious. My husband had the grilled Mahi Mahi with beets, also delicious! Definitely one of the best in Grand Cayman!!!
