Newmoor Park set alongside the river Tamar on the Devon/Cornwall border looked beautiful when we arrived 6pm at night all lit up with Christmas lights in this festive season.

We were greeting on arrival and shown to our room number 2 which was very spacious and like the rest of the property spotless. The fittings and furniture are all quality bit like being in a showroom, the bed was very comfortable and had a great nights sleep.

Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room were great.

The walk in shower was great and again great quality finish.

We enjoyed a lovely Cornish breakfast before leaving and had a great chat with Joseph and Martyn before leaving. We have promised to return if we are back in the area.

I stayed at this beautiful guest house this week with work and it was AMAZING! The welcome you get is so warm, the rooms are exquisite and the scenery exceptional! The attention to detail in each room is outstanding and the cleanliness the best I've ever seen! The hosts are wonderful, so friendly and can't do enough to keep guests happy, I will definitely recommend this guest house to friends and family, have already shared the Facebook page and will return asap!

Would highly recommend this boutique B & B. Joseph and Martyn were welcoming, friendly hosts that have created a lovely place to stay in a peaceful rural setting next to the River Tamar. Our room was spotless, very comfortable and the breakfast first class.

Sorry for taking so long to get round to writing this review. We stayed here late September and must say we had a great time. The house itself is wonderfully furnished and so clean and tidy. Our room had an attached small balcony which was enjoyable to sit out in the evening. Martin and Joseph were very friendly and helpful, booking our evening meals etc.
On the Thursday was my partner's birthday, and it was such a nice touch that when we arrived back there was a birthday cake, complete with candle, awaiting her! The breakfasts were extremely good too. The grounds are extensive, around nine acres I believe, and a walk around the gardens rewarded us with views of wildlife which was a bonus. There is a river running alongside, and a stream on the other side.
Our room was delightful, and the bed large and very comfortable. Unfortunately, my propensity for leaving behind goods meant that we promptly received a phone call from our hosts saying I had left an item in the room, so we made arrangements to collect later as we were still in the area. Definitely would recommend. Thanks again guys!
Bob & Annie.

My wife and I stayed at Newmoor Park for 4 wonderful nights. The hosts, Joseph and Martyn were so professional, caring and charming. We were treated like family throughout our entire stay. The breakfast each morning was absolutely superb and our hosts went out of their way to ensure my wife's gluten free needs were met. Our room was very spacious and had a super comfortable bed as well as a tea and hot chocolate service which included delicious complimentary cookies and fudge . The ensuite bathroom featured a large shower with a rain shower head. Every square inch of the private and common areas were spotless. The grounds were amazing and bordered the beautiful Tamar River. We found the location to be a very good base for taking day trips to all parts of Cornwall and Devon. We highly recommend staying at this fabulous B&B!!!
