We finished a walking holiday in Umbria at this splendid 8th century former Abbey who contract out their catering to Hora Media, which is handy as there are no other restaurants within miles. The first evening we were the only guests and were greeted with enormous warmth, charm and professionalism by Carla, one of the Owners. The food was excellent. As I recall I had a delicious flan, followed by tasty potato ravioli, followed by pork with an excellent local version of Montefalco Rosso. They also had excellent local craft beer, perfect after a long walk. The second night was equally good and we were joined by Sue & Andrew and we are most grateful to them for introducing us to Sunflower Walking books. Highly recommend Hora Media. David from Kent
