Due to 11th hour booking, it was only a couple of rooms that we could choose.
General rooms were equipped with a toilet and a bath but the room we stayed wasn't.
It wasn't a big problem because there were toilets next to our room, and big baths on the 1st floor and 3rd floor, though.
The point we were dissatisfied with was that duvets were too short.
The hotel offers complimentary shuttle buses running between Wakura onsen station and the hotel.
If you want to use it, you must make a reservation.
However the numbers of buses are so limited, so you might not be able to use it.
As for myself, staff suggested us to get a taxi.
In accordance with the advice, I did and it cost 1090 yen per a taxi.
As it turned out, there were public buses running between Wakura onsen station and Wakura onsen bus terminal.
It cost no more than 170 yen per a person.

Both dinner and breakfast are buffet style.
Every meal was delicious!
Taking it into account, I think this hotel is quite affordable.

This is a very large resort/hotel/ryokan in one of the oldest resort towns in Japan. The baths themselves were fine, aesthetically there was nothing special about them to my eyes.

Room was a hotel room with ryokan furnishings. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was big. There were multiple buffet tables etc in the center of the room and people milling about getting there food. Many options. Food quality was ok - I'm not a fan of buffets.
