Amazing hotel. Your own slice of perfection in tropical paradise. I'm not sure whether to start the review about the views or the staff since both were outstanding.

The hotel truly is a 1st class establishment. The food was great, the drinks on demand were spot on and the hotel room was so modern, chic and comfortable we slept with the door open on more than one night.

We left there feeling like the staff had become our friends. Ronald was on his A game as he was in top of every request we asked for. Amelia is a great General Manager and everyone was attentive to our needs going above and beyond.

In person, 360 is even lovelier than in the promotional materials, with a genial and attentive staff who took excellent care of us without seeming intrusive. Truly, the view is spectacular, both from the common areas and from our private terrace. We lingered every morning in bed, listening to the birds chirping, lazily gazing over the tops of the forest canopy at the unhurried white waves smoothly advancing toward the shore (sigh…). I could’ve easily stayed another week… or month…

The restaurant was a great relief, too. Most hotels’ food is just edible, no more. At 360, every dish we had was tasty, and some, unexpectedly so (for example, a fried salad!). We ate at least one meal there everyday, and some days all three.

Plus toucans and monkeys! Loved….

From the second we checked in, Hotel 360 exceeded our every hope. The staff is so welcoming and personable. The food is delicious, the drinks strong, and the view is INCREDIBLE. We are already planning our next trip
