This is an amazing boutique hotel small and friendly a wonderful place to relax
A most amazing infinity pool with lots of large fresh good quality towels to dry yourself after swimming in the warm waters
The staff are very friendly and once they know your name they always address appropriately lots of cool iced water served without prompt around the pool at at the bar
there is a choice of about seven or eight breakfast items they will be flexible so they will add things like bacon or avocado you only simply have to ask
I used to have yoghurt most mornings and it was really nice with fresh fruit all very well presented
The rooms are amazing the bed is so comfortable and a few incredible
Guests are mainly couples.
The Internet isn't very good maximum 8 MB
We saw monkeys in the trees maybe 20 or 30 every day as well as so many toucans you couldn't count them, They don't come on the ground near you so clearly they are more entertaining than annoying
There is lots of water in the shower is very powerful very hot and has a good selection of good quality bathroom items

We had an amazing time at Hotel 360. The views of nature, the sunrise and sunset are incredible and it is so peaceful. The rooms are impeccably designed (bed with a wide open view (room 9), mini fridge, plenty of seating options, double sinks, lovely shower). But there are two real stars of the show - the animals, and the staff. On animals - every day at 5PM in one particular tree near the bar the noisy toucans turned up, and in that same tree we saw white faced capuchins; a (moving!) sloth, a coati and a hawk. Going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of the jungle was incredible. On the staff - to a person they were all so lovely, friendly, efficient and helpful. Some examples that spring to mind - Mario sorted out our tours before we arrived and restaurant and taxi bookings when there; Diana efficiently sorted us out a stress free room change so we could see the sunrise; Annett thoughtfully prepared me some aloe vera when she noticed my sunburn; Fauricio alerted us every time there was an animal nearby somewhere and prepared some delicious drinks; and Albert shared the love of animals too with stories and info, as well as dealing happily, patiently and creatively with our requests for amendments to the menu to make things more vegan (and thanks to the chef on that last point too). A well managed and lovely nature focussed hotel.

Hola Elizabeth. Thank you for your lovely, detailed and complimentary review. Positioned as we are ‘on top of and in’ the rainforest even the wildlife comes for the views. As to our wonderful staff I agree, truly second to none.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect (room & service) and the views (from the room and from the pool) were spectacular. I would recommend 100% to stay here if you're looking to spoil yourself. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our last days so memorable in Costa Rica.

Hotel 360 is unique and gorgeous. The grounds and hotel are beautiful. There are plenty of wild animals to see right at the hotel. During our stay a sloth had taken up residence in a tree at the entrance. Tucans were a regular sight from my room.

I made use of the yoga deck for solo practice. The resort has complementary mats to borrow. I don't think I'll ever forget that peaceful experience. The trail that leads from the deck is rugged and an intense workout. I braved it alone, but it's a good idea to go as a pair.

The staff are friendly and attentive. They’d learned my name before I arrived, it seemed, and did a great job of anticipating needs. Someone was always at hand but never hovering. Everyone who worked there seemed genuinely happy and cared for, which makes for a lovely vibe.

I'll cherish this place forever.

Costa Rica is a unique experience. I have always felt that both the people and the animals enjoy having guests. Positioned as we are, Three Sixty is like a permanent ‘open house’ for all kinds of wildlife and all are welcome. Thank you for your review and kind words.
