Although I was perfectly satisfied with my stay here, I have to admit it's about time some refurbishment was carried out. The public areas look old fashioned and inadequate for a 4 star hotel. Our room too could do with a make over, as could the shower room. For WiFi, they still use the antiquated system of little scraps of paper giving a password with a 24 hour validity. The WiFi is poor.

The staff were all extremely pleasant and efficient, especially the breakfast waiter, who made great coffee.

I noted that sea view rooms on higher floors are about 30% more expensive. Maybe in the summer, the trees obscure the view. However, on the first floor, the fumes from passing traffic were really unpleasant. The double glazing muffles the noise quite well.

Run down noisy hotel which is poorly equipped. Staff was good though and so was the location. Breakfast was poor and the breakfast-room too. The hotel seem to have been built in the early 80-ies and has only seen basic maintenance since..

The hotel is perfectly located in a very central position in the town close to all amenities. It overlooks a small park and is directly opposite the beach. It was extremely clean and well run with friendly, polite, attentive staff.
