Chatrium - close to the slopes, amazing service, big room with Yotei view!

The hotel is close to the main street that leads to the slopes, with easy access to Rhythm where you can rent skis. Restaurants, bars, slopes, everything is accessible by foot, which is super convenient!
The room was huge with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and living room. I loved the atmosphere and the interior design.
The staff was very welcoming and available, providing pick up service, food delivery recommendations (during corona time). We were also able to check in early.
I highly recommend the hotel for all kinds of travels.

Room tip: Choose the room with Yotei view :)

Great service, big modern rooms, in the middle of town!

I had a great time at Chatirum Niseko on a family ski trip! The hotel is super close to the ski slopes while being surrounded by shops and restaurants in the town center. The staffs are superb - very professional, informative, and welcoming. Our rooms were apartment-sized that came with a full kitchen. Will definitely visit again!!

Good deal, amazing service

Had a pleasant stay at Chatrium Niseko. Food was amazing, service was great because everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. This place is definitely worth every penny spent. Would definitely come back!

Great stay!

Glad to have stayed here, a combination of the perfect location and excellent service made the trip unforgettable. The customer service was one of the best. They also had some of the nicest facilities with a modern touch.

Overall, would definitely love to come back!

Chatrium Niseko, quality accommodation, welcoming team, centre of the village!

I recently stayed at the Chatrium Niseko for a mixed business and leisure trip to Niseko. It was my first time staying at the property since Chatrium took over the management of the accommodation. Chatrium Niseko is located right in the centre of the village, walkable to everything essential, large sized rooms/units, modern facilities, very clean and well maintained. The onsite Chatrium team were great, very helpful with up to date news and recommendations, welcoming and friendly and a diverse team with good local knowledge. Really good facilities in the building (Gym, Cafe/Deli, Restaurants, ATM, Ski Rental, Parking) and a very solid option for families, large and small groups, would highly recommend a stay here.
