My family stayed here multiple times on our ski vacations to Niseko. The location is unbeatable being about 50 meters from two lift stations going up the mountains. Right outside the hotel is the main Hirafu street with a good (but expensive) selection of restaurants. The hotel itself is a little run-down but rooms are decently clean. Breakfast buffet is generous with sufficient selections. The only complaint I may have is the onsen. It is small (only two pools) with little amenities (hair dryers only) and, since it also takes outside guests, crowded and not kept clean as the staff cannot keep up with it. It also needs better control as I have seen guest walking in with beers.More
