The hotel is located in a residential area, but within 30 minutes with the train/metro, you will be in the centre of Athens. Everything in the hotel makes you feel welcome. Breakfast and diner is very good. The beds are very, very good! The staff is very kind. All day you can take everything you want from the 'honesty-bar'. All and all a perfect hotel, a home away from home.

The hotel is interesting, located at a quite residential area. Very good conditions for rest, perfect bed. Strange is the location of the toilet and the bathroom in the room. I do not recommend to take room on the first floor. Staff is helpful and polite, but not offered us anything when we left early in the morning to catch the flight. Themselves made coffee from coffeemaker, which is self-service. Breakfast is not very rich, but there are interesting things that you can try. In this area there is nothing to do, not close to restaurants or shops. We had to walk more than half an hour to find a restaurant, but the walk was pleasant - the neighborhood is very beautiful, luxurious and there is plenty to see.

Te beds are just marvellous! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere, almost as if you were staying at a friends house (but with all the benefits of being at a hotel). Great experience.

Excellent hotel, located at a quite residential area!
Modern, very polite staff, clean!
Interesting restaurant!
Non-greeks may find the breakfast poor!
A little difficult to find witout GPS, if you are travelling by car!
Would stay again!

If you are allergic to feathers and down but like soft pillows bring your own. I had to get my own and was made to feel that I was being very difficult by the reception staff. The only alternatives they could offer were wool or latex chip. They did say I could take out some of the filling but this just meant they were flatter, not softer. Like sleeping on a lump of wood the first night and I had asked if they could provide hypo allergenic pillows when I booked. Everything in this hotel is for sale and they cannot supply anything that is not branded coco mat. The marketing strategy is Eco and natural materials. I wouldn't have minded so much if this was a genuine concern for the environment and not a marketing strategy as they have bleached cotton bath towels and robes, slippers in an unnecessary calico bag and toiletries in individual plastic bottles. The room was otherwise clean and comfortable but noisy in the evenings as we were under the restaurant and the noise of other guests and scraping chairs went on until late evening. Choice of menu at breakfast was very limited and not improved by having to work out a complicated coffee machine when half awake. Unless you are visiting someone in this area there is nothing to do, not close to restaurants, shops, nightlife and a 15 minute walk to the metro which is 40 minutes journey time into Athens and an hour on the tube/train to the airport, 30 minutes by taxi to the airport,.

Room Tip: Choose upper floors
