Place yourself in the chef's capable hands. Your only decisions should be 3 or 5 course (we found 3 was plenty) and what wine you would like.
The chef will adjust to any food allergies you have but unless there is a health reason just roll with it. Everything will be super fresh from what caught the chef's fancy that day, but expect yumminess from the bay to be featured prominently.
It's not a guarantee but if you are lucky you might get some the best tres leches cake.
