I did make a 2 room reservation for 2 adults and 2 minors in every room.. I did it via Expedia... Expedia made a mistake with the number of persons per room.. They made the reservation for 1 adult and 1 minor.... I didn't realize of this mistake... When I arrived to the Hotel (10:00 PM) the reservation was incorrect.... The guy in the front desk was very rude, unkind, telling me "That's happens because you did make the reservation via Expedia"... I called to the Expedia Call center.. they tried to be helpful, but the solutions they offered to me were for 15 days after my stay.. The only outstanding thing in that Hotel is the lady on charge of the restaurant...
If you reserve with Expedia, please double check your confirmation!!!!!!More
