We stopped here for lunch to break up a journey to the South West. There was a nice Christmassy atmosphere with hanging baubles, tea lights and other decorations. The menu offered a decent choice of sandwiches, soup, toasties and the like with some daily specials, from which we had mushrooms on ciabatta and a falafel and hummus wrap - both excellent. The locally-sourced fruit juices were also very good - especially the mulled version on offer at this time of year. A very pleasant break and it beats stopping at motorway services hands down.

Lovely cake and coffee is served here during he day and by the evening we found out they serve tapas and it was also amazing!! Reasonably priced and a little gem in this area. It’s a shame there isn’t a couple more places like this in Cullompton. Night recommend visiting!

I have heard such good things about the bake house excited to be going for lunch .the service was ok and staff very busy but the meal was a real disappoint ment with Luke warm soup and a small table we were squished in by the door so sadly left there a bit disappointed.

Ever since we have endured the Cullompton area the Bakehouse has always been the best coffee, cafe, lunch, dinner place around, I am yet to find a better place!!

The food is always amazing, I’m a top fan of their BLT and mahoosive cheesy chips! The food is amazing whatever you have and the price isn’t bad either. The drinks are exemplary and offer a massive range of difference.

The staff are always friendly, happy to help and service with a smile.

No matter what time of year, the bakehouse always delivers. One caveat though, you need to book!! Which shows how good of a place it is!

Love love love, till the next time

Thank Christopher W
