We stopped here for lunch to break up a journey to the South West. There was a nice Christmassy atmosphere with hanging baubles, tea lights and other decorations. The menu offered a decent choice of sandwiches, soup, toasties and the like with some daily specials, from which we had mushrooms on ciabatta and a falafel and hummus wrap - both excellent. The locally-sourced fruit juices were also very good - especially the mulled version on offer at this time of year. A very pleasant break and it beats stopping at motorway services hands down.
