When you think of "slow food", this restaurant is the perfect example. Beautifully fresh prepared food, with product from their own farm. The presentation of the food would look good in a food magazine. The staff was nice and recommended very good wine to accompany our dinner. The menu choice is perhaps a bit difficult for i.e. Children and vegetarians, but really worth a visit for fine-tasting real Tuscany cuisine. We had a wonderfull appetizer and then very nice pasta and tagliata(sliced beef) for our main dish. The portions were big, the prices very good for the quality provided. Definitely will come back here the next time we're in Tuscany and also will recommend this place to others.
