We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding last weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable and in very good taste. The garden is beautiful and very spacious with amazing views. Marion did everything she could to make the stay as special as possible for us and left a few treats for us which was a lovely surprise. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Marion!

One of the nicest rentals I have ever had any where in the world, that's how high i'd rate this place, Being from Newcastle this is only 30 minutes drive away but feels like a million miles!

We booked it for a short honeymoon as we didn't want to travel too far after our wedding day and it was perfect. The garden with sun loungers and amazing views across Tyndale were something else, Luckily we had good weather and the garden is a real suntrap.
There is a BBQ to make use off and Marion the lovely owner had supplied us with some Beef sausages as well as a bottle of Cava & Fruit which was a lovely touch.

The cottage itself is so peaceful, Literally in the middle of nowhere. It is tastefully decorated keeping its countryside vibe but lots of nice modern touches to go with it. I found it very comfortable and a great place to re-charge the batteries.

We were asked by Marion if there was anything that could improve it and we couldn't think of a single thing.

We will be back.

This beautiful period stone cottage is a real gem. Set in a peaceful and secluded position high among the Northumbrian hills with spectacular southerly views across the stunning countryside. It is comfortable and cosy, immaculate and well equipped, much thought and finer details have gone into making this a most delightful place to stay and our friendly hosts were on hand to offer whatever help and information may have been required. John's speciality beef sausages were absolutely delicious and Marion's extra welcoming goodies a real treat. The cottage is surrounded by woodland, farmland and extremely quiet country lanes which are ideal for both dog walking and exploring and a good local gastropub is nearby. It has easy access to road networks other villages and places of historical interest which are both close at hand and further afield plus more award winning pubs and eateries. A perfect place for a post Christmas relaxing stay and I look forward to returning here again at any time of the year.

Beaufront Hill Head is quite simply the best holiday rental we have ever experienced, and we've been to a few! The setting is glorious with outstanding views over the Tyne valley. The cottage is extremely well equipped and very cosy. It was immaculately clean and the hosts so kind and friendly. There are marvelous circular walks on tiny traffic free lanes and a real foodie pub 35 mins walk away.
This cottage is a must for any rural, countryside loving visitors to Northumberland.
