We have booked the hotel well in advance and there was and is nothing to complain about. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and has all facilities, you are looking for. The furniture are plastic veneer and the bathroom is basic. We had three rooms on the second floor, in on of them the TV program selection was not working. The heating was working perfect.
The view from the room balcony has a car park in front (Discounter!), but the back offers a scenery.
The breakfast selection is sufficient and the service great, well worth the price.

The room service started its cleaning tour though the corridors at 07:00 am!!! NO chance that you can miss this noise! On the way to breakfast, you will pass open doors of the back of house (room service), such as wash-machine, towel store and storage area. For your room cleaning, the door remains wide open and the hoover is plugged-in at the corridor! Used dishes of the room service are collected on the floor in the corridor.
