The hotel was so clean and pleasant to stay in.Drinks in the bar fine not overally priced, lovely views from the hotel rooms .Breakfast was full English and buffet style as much tea coffee as required .Would definitely recommend a stay and only a 10 min walk to the shops bars and restaurants on the main strip as they call it. And close by is the tea rooms in the woods and the cinema in the woods

This was our 2nd stay at the Dower House, the first time being 5 yrs ago. We had a lovely room in the Lodge with a comfortable bed, a sitting area, a large bathroom with excellent shower, and tea and coffee making facilities. We didn’t use the main restaurant for dinner as we have friends locally and were attending a wedding in the area, however breakfast was good, with the standard self service selection of cereals, croissants, fruit juices and jams. Tea, coffee and toast were served at the tables, and the hot buffet was also served from the hot plates. The hotel has plenty of free parking and is close to the centre of Woodhall Spa so easy walking distance to the village facilities.
A comfortable stay and would recommend if visiting the area.

We had a relaxing and peaceful one night stay. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a large bathroom with lovely hot water. It was only a short walk from the woods and the shops. Good breakfast, helpful staff. Couldn't have asked for more.

Room tip: We were in the annexe and it was blissfully quiet and surrounded by trees.

Lovely hotel - great location and village. Hotel itself we had a lovely room with floor to ceiling windows in the annexe block. Room 12.
A little disappointed with my main in the restaurant, Cajun chicken burger, for £15 it was literally bread, burger which didn’t taste seasoned at all, one piece of lettuce, bread. And chips. No thought into any sides / extras which anywhere else would be included. Wish I’d had something else now.
Breakfast a good selection. Friendly staff,
Near nice amenities we visited the kinema in the woods.

This is an Excellently run hotel. Room ,staff. and restaurant, there is no negatives anywhere. We've been here before and when we return to Lincolnshire in the spring we shall be staying at the Dower House Hotel again.
