This is a good, little spot on the road between Albarracín and San Sebastián. It has history and style as well as good accommodation and great food.

One of many hilltop towns in Aragon, with narrrow ancient streets, a top-of-the-hill church and tower, and some interesting restaurants worth visiting, Along with a small grocery store, pharmacy, bakery and chocolate shop and a few other small stores, the town offers an interesting glimpse into the past, and is good if you like to just stroll and view the old houses, buildings, shops, and few notable tourist attractions like the juderia, church, tower, surrounding walls. A couple of good hotels, including a Parador, and some B&B's, facilitate your stay here in this quiet and relaxed village.

I got the touristic tour altogether with a booking for the Parador and it certainly was a good choice. The guide was a local girl, very cute and knowledgeable about the thrilling stories that happened for many centuries in that Village, which is interestingly named after the Catholic King Ferdinand II, born there in 1452. If you want to know why or just get a deep plunge into the history of this amazing place, joining the tour is the best way.
Language might be a barrier though, so better about it first.

Just walk around this town. Really old and real. We were almost alone there, in the evening. Same top level as Alquézar, in the same region.

Off the beaten track but worth visiting. To venture into the town is like going back in history. Too narrow for cars with alleys and balcony a and steps this is want these towns should be like. A little touristy and try not to visit when the tourist coaches hit as the streets then get full up and the atmosphere is ruined. We left as soon as they arrived.
