First of all, I want to stress how clean the rooms were. Everything was spotless. The beds were also very comfortable. We were there over memorial day weekend and it was packed. They were strict on enforcing Covid restrictions inside the hotel but there were so many people on the patio and in the pool that serious mitigation efforts would have been impossible. I think they were a little bit overwhelmed with the amount of people that showed up and we’re not necessarily prepared. They ran out of towels. We were grateful to have a hotel with breakfast but don’t set your expectations too high! There usually was some kind of fried potato, meat, pancakes or French toast, and then some kind of hot cereal. The oatmeal cooked in coconut milk was especially delicious. Unfortunately though there was no fresh fruit and the coffee tasted awful! That was especially sad because I had heard such great reviews about Puerto Rican coffee!

Still though, the Internet was fast and the kids were happy in the pool. Happy kids equals happy parents! If we were in this area again, I do believe he would go back.

One sec though, if you are traveling with a family and want connecting rooms, make sure you request them in advance. Although the hotel has many connecting rooms, they did not put us in connecting rooms even though it was clear our reservation was one family.

Room tip: Come early to breakfast or you will wait 20 minutes in line!

We regularly stay at the hotel twice a year. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are very good. However on our recent stay the floor was not vacuum and there was a big spot in one of the blankets. I informed the from desk and they were very receptive.

My wife and I made two reservations at this hotel. The first time we stayed, we were on the 4th floor. Even though the room was clean, we were unable to use the drawers because 3 of them were broken. I notified the front desk, and by the time we left the first time, the drawers still had not been repaired. The second time, we stayed on the 5th floor. This room was also clean and the drawers were not broken. The included breakfast buffet had variety and was delicious. There was also a nice side casino in the hotel, and there was different entertainment every weekend. The outside area, including the pool and the fish pond, was nice as well. Overall, a good place to stay.
