We stayed two nights at this lovely B & B. The accommodations are charming with lots of interesting pieces and lots of character. It’s very peaceful and quiet and a great location for visiting Mint Saint-Michel. Plenty of room to park your car and very easy to find.

The highlight of the stay is meeting Danielle, the equally charming hostess. She spoke wonderful English and is native to that area. Gave us lots of great tips and also answered our questions about the area.

Breakfast was very good. A nice variety including some homemade jams and local specialties. Plenty of room for all of the guests to sit and linger.

Everywhere was exceptionally clean. We had a nice size room upstairs with a calming, pastoral view.

The room did not have a TV - that is a plus for us. There is one in the reception area. Had a pot to heat water for coffee or tea in the room. Also had a hair dryer.

The grounds were lovely. Some rooms opened directly on the courtyard. Ours was in the main building.

The price was very reasonable. Would love to stay there again if we return to the area.

It was raining and dreary when we arrived, but owner Danielle was the sunshine! She greeted us at our car with a traditional kiss on each cheek, and then quickly showed us to our room. It was lovely with French doors that opened out on a beautiful yard. Her adorable granddaughter arrived and showed us how everything worked including the kettle. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and offered a variety of food for breakfast. There are two restaurants within walking distance that serve dinner. It is also very convenient for visiting Mont Saint Michel. We would go back for no other reason than to visit Danielle. Highly recommend this quaint hotel.

We stayed with Danielle for one night after a busy drive, ferry, drive morning, and an afternoon filled with a brisk climb of the Mont Saint Michel. She welcomed us to her place, showed us to our room, and had marvelous recommendations for area dining. The room was priced right, super convenient to the Abbey, and perfectly clean. The included breakfast was very tasty, and comfortably presented. We will certainly look for another opportunity to stay here soon.

After travelling for 5 hrs from the Dordogne and with a visit to Mont St Michel planned before our morning ferry back home from St Malo we arrived to find a note on the door telling us the owner was out shopping and to let ourselves into each of our rooms and she would see us later. We visited Mont St Michel and arrived back to be greeted by the most cheerful of owners who made us very welcome.
The rooms we had booked were part of an annex (each with its own front door) were all wonderfully decorated ours even had a grandfather clock in it (It dint chime)
Due to the time of our ferry we did not have chance for breakfast but the owner said if we wanted she would put something in our rooms for us while we were away having a meal at a local restaurant.
My wife and i will not hesitate to re-book this next time we travel to France & can not but highly recommend this establishment

We stayed here for two nights in June. Welcomed by our wonderful host Danielle, shown to our lovely room and made to feel at home, she then gave us great advice as to how we should spend our time here. We decided to walk to Mont Saint Michel which was very pleasant with superb views, thoroughly enjoyable. The next morning we enjoyed a very good breakfast made even better by Danielle who really is a ray of sunshine! We then followed her advice and took a little tour of the coast stopping off first at Cancale for the oyster market, an unforgettable experience! Thankyou Danielle, keep smiling!
