Visited the Rilassa Restaurant on Saturday noon with family. We had a reservation for 6 persons at 1:30 p.m. Arrived a couple of minutes earlier and had to wait in a long line until access was permitted. Told by the staff that the time for lunch is limited to 90 minutes and that we had to leave again at 3 p.m.
Food offered was delicious and included a variety of Japanese, Chinese and Western choices but standing in line for all dishes took away a good part of the 90 minutes that were reserved for lunch. Service is little or almost no existent.
The price is rather high and there are better choices for this money in and around the Koraku area of Bunkyo Ku (ward).
