Good location – handy to the Subway across the road. Plenty of places to eat – provided there are no big shows on at the Dome. On the downside, the hotel looked tired and well worn. The Breakfast was always a queue – bit it moved surprisingly fast with a large volume of people moving through. Great variety of food on offer and the tables were not too crammed in. The lifts are an issue – allow an extra few minutes while they pre-warn you of their impending arrival – but simply not arrive for an extraordinary time. The tower is split in two with 3 lifts servicing the lower floors and 3 servicing the upper floors but still take an age. We did have some communication issues with several of the staff. A 'cuppa' at the end of the day proved to be an issue. The tea provided was not good - and no milk is available, no matter how hard you try to communicate to the staff at any of the Restaurants.

Right in the centre of Tokyo dome city with train station across the road. Beautiful green areas, rides and lots of restaurants nearby. Very nice rooms, great breakfast and free wifi. Would recommend this hotel.

Upside
Big hotel
Well connected to the subway system ( soadabashi & Koraken)

Downside
Old furnishings
Stale smell in corridors
Breakfast spread is big but quality is average

Went for a conference at the hotel staying there made most sense
However the staff is overworked
The Hotel needs a makeover it's past it's prime
Though views from the above floors are really good
The Roof top restaurant has staff which can't communicate in English properly which is slightly surprising ( explaining the menu is difficult for them )
Nice and helpful people all around though

Also has a Japanese park to walk around

We had a 4 night stay in November and at that time the Ms International delegates were booked there and attending to some pre-pageant activities.

This hotel has a great location as the Tokyo dome City is adjacent to the hotel. nearby is an amusement park for kids and the Tokyo Dome, the place to watch big concerts, shows, baseball can be seen from your hotel window! The subway stations are also close by. The hotel is also located in a relatively quiet section of Tokyo.

Rooms are spacious for Tokyo standards. It has the usual amenities so you do not have to worry if you left your shampoo or toothbrush at home.
Internet is fast but occasionally slows down.

breakfast options are Japanese and Western.
If you want gym facilities you have to go to Tokyo Dome city for the Spa and you have to pay for this.

So, I would jog around the Tokyo Dome and Dome city for the exercise.

This hotel is great when shopping and entertainment activities are a must!
