The hotel staff are EXTREMELY helpful and polite, it was a pleasure to communicate with positive and energetic staff. The restaurants at the hotel are great and breakfast was also fine. There are heaps of restaurants in the local area. There are 2 supermarkets within 200 metres of the hotel if you need snacks Coffee, tea or Milk. The electric jug in the room is brilliant , you can leave it on all day/night to wake up to boiling water for a coffee, just keep it topped up. I recommend buying coffee from the local super market if your staying for a while as it is better than what is provided. The room was big enough but in typical Japanese style it is smaller than western standards. But no complaints at all.
We used the Narita shuttle, approx $30 Aust per person each way. About 1:40 minutes journey time.
We stayed in 2603 with a nice view of the city and Tokyo Dome fair grounds that shouldn't be missed if you like roller coasters, etc.
Will stay here again next year, highly recommendedMore
