The hotel is conveniently located, but the rooms are tiny and the building is weird. The hotel corridors leading to the rooms are open. The receptionists are not very friendly. The cleaning service misplaced stuff that was on our bed and we never saw it again. The hotel management was just not bothered. The breakfast was more of a standing affair inside the hotel lobby with little choice. Really disappointing.

The hotel is located in the district called Chiyoda-Ku. The nearest subway (metro) station is Jimbocho (Shunjuku Line, Mita Line and Hanzomon Line). It is a 3 minutes walk from the station. Just leave the station at exit A2. Then head to the right and at the crossing directly to the right again, now just follow the street. There is also a 7/11 store next to the hotel.
From Jimbocho it’s easy to access Tokyo.
The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. It’s a little bit hard to understand them while talking English. My room was located in the 7th floor and I had a smoking room. The room isn’t that big, but this is normal in Tokyo (I’ve read this in multiple threads). But hey, you are in Tokyo, so go out . There are plenty of sockets in the room. All of them are 2 pole (like in the USA, but without the pin). Wi-Fi is for free and it’s good in connection and speed (20 Mbps down, 9 Mbps up). In the room there is also a water heater, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, an air conditioner and a dehumidifiers. The room itself is a mixture of blue, brown and white colors, which is very nice. There is also a free breakfast (but a really small one), which is in the price included. It’s tasting quit good.
Finally I would recommend this hotel. It’s not that expensive and like I said before it’s a good location to start your trip in Tokyo.

Good location near subway, Convenient store (7-11, lowson), Restaurant.
Has Wifi in room.
Room so tiny but very nice, new and clean. But very cold because the roof batten has in center of building. The wind had come from the door. However opened heater at 25c but outside had 6c. So still very cold.
Breakfast not good, not many things.

My Husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights which include free breakfast. Room was small but not too small. there was food smell from the restaurant next to the hotel. I have to turn air purifier on every night. Breakfast was simple : salad, egg, bread, meatballs, soup, coffee, tea, and orange juice. Lobby had modern design. The location was excellent, there were many restaurants, convenient stores surround. it is located between JR station and subway station.

Stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Villa Fontaine Kudanshita. Once you figure out how to navigate tokyo's subway, the hotel is easily accessible from the Jimbocho station - approximately a 3 minute walk. The hotel is located around many universities, so the food in the eateries are relatively cheap compared to more touristy areas like Ueno and Shinjuku. There are also plenty of minimarts like 7-11 and Lawson's where you can pick up snacks and water. The area for the complimentary breakfast was rather small, so get up early to be able to grab a table. The hotel is also within walking distance (approx 15 min walk) to the Nippon Budokan, which leads to the Imperial Palace. The room was clean (and the PJs provided pleasantly comfortable), and the pressure from the showers was good and strong, with plenty of hot water.
