We went there 4 PM and need to wait for 2 hour. The English menu is available. So, no problem for ordering.
The sushi is great and not so expensive, very great value. Beside from sushi, the appetizer is also good. Try crab miso and grilled tuna skewer.
In summary, it is worth for 2 hour queue. Go in advance, get the ticket, go somewhere else and come back enjoying sushi.

We went here for our very first sushi meal in Tokyo. Wait was more than 2 hours during a Friday night. There is a ticketing system which has the option in English however was a little bit complicated towards the end of the process as there were two options before confirming the information you provide. It was in Japanese though and not in English. Thankfully a kind gentleman who happened to pass by helped me and told me to just pick the 1st option. We decided to go around for an hour and come back. We still waited another hour. We were eventually called and had great sushi. Very fresh selection however wish the sushi rice had more flavour. Excellent presentation though and overall enjoyed it. Would I go back? Perhaps not because of the wair.

We arrived at 11 am on a bright saturday, quite lost, as our Google and Waze maps had taken us on a long detour. Whilst looking for the restaurent on the left, we caught sight of a long queue forming opposite on the right side. This was it!! It was a very orderly queue, everyone waiting patiently to be seated. We waited for 1.5 hours, and was shown to our counter seats in a bright and high energy restaurant with chefs shouting out greetings to every guest. The sushi was good, generously portioned and very fresh. Well priced. But due to the long queuing time, and pressure of rushing to put in our food orders, we over ordered and ended up eating too much. The long queues also caused us to adopt a certain anxious stressful and self oriented way of thinking which we would not wish to repeat.

Waited outside for half an hour. Sushi is worth the money! Fatty Tuna is good and melts in your mouth.
