We found the hotel to be quite well located and within walking distance (<1 km) to major subway routes around Tsukiji/Ginza. Also, the amenities provided in the room are great, and the staff is very attentive and sensitive!

This hotel is literally IN Tsukiji so you will not have a problem if you want to hit the auction/famed eateries/general fanfare around, at any time you wish. Since it is in Tsukiji, naturally it is also quite near Ginza. However the closest metro stop is a bit of a walk and not the easiest since it is crowded around this area, and the pavement isn't necessarily the best one out there.

The room was appointed with all the amenities you would expect in a hotel of this price range. The shower was very good. The service was nothing problematic, but a bit less warm than other hotels in Japan that I've been to.

In the future, I will be staying here as long as I plan to visit places like Sushi Dai, which will probably be likely before it closes. After Tsukiji closes, then the location may be less appealing.

Room Tip: Some rooms have views of Tsukiji/Odaiba + Tokyo Bay, which is cool.

The location is perfectly located in the tsukiji market. There's a Lawson convenient store in 2 minutes walk, another in 6 minutes walk, and a family mart convenient store in 8 minutes walk. There are 24h sushi restaurants near the hotel. The room is decent, clean, and the mini kitchen is perfect with small knife, cutting board, sponge, detergent, and a really nice and new pot. Female guests can even borrow the Panasonic Hair Dryer NA93 from the reception. The location is also pretty near hibiya line "tsukiji" and another line " tsukijishijo" which both are convenient to take you to places in Tokyo. I have a really good stay here.

Room Tip: High level rooms.

A no frills hotel that is most conveniently located within the outer Tsukiji market. The room is clean though tiny(most Tokyo hotel room is small by the way). It's a challenge to squeeze in two grown up and 2 young kids. So for those family going to stay here, it may be better idea to get two rooms..
The staffs are really helpful and polite..I talked and make equiries to five of them in different shifts and they're really nice despite limited English vocab. The Tsukiji market is literally outside the hotel so you can shop till you drop. Not necessarily to include breakfast as you can finds lots of local food in and around the market.
It is a real value hotel and you can feel the energy of the market by waking up early.

Excellent location if you want to be practically in the fish market (my husband got sushi there every morning) and within a few minutes’ walk of Ginza. Comfortable, small hotel with good service. The room was small (typical for Tokyo), but had everything we needed. Relatively strong wifi in the room, bed was comfortable and we appreciated the espresso machine in the lobby. Would definitely recommend.
