As others have mentioned, small but comfortable rooms. Great value for money, though, despite the small room. The one issue we had was that the fan in our bathroom didn't work, which only caused issues when having a hot shower. Then again, the room was quite dry, so the steam helped. If you're staying here, consider bringing one large suitcase or two small ones.

Staff were great. Despite the language barrier, they were helpful and courteous.

The location is great. Central Tokyo with three metro lines nearby, a grocery store, a few convenience stores, and plenty of eating options within a kilometre. Can't speak about the WiFi, as we rented a pocket WiFi (highly recommend doing this). We also didn't opt for breakfast given the options around.

There is one laundry machine in the adjacent annex. If you need multiple washers an dryers, there are two laundromats within 2 or 3 blocks behind the hotel.

Great hotel in an even better location--subway stop was a 2 minute walk across the street and the co-located coffee shop was an added plus. Staff were quite helpful with directions, luggage storage, and airport transportation. Neighborhood is fantastic--would definitely stay again!

Very good hotel in an excellent location. As another traveller said, Akasaka subway station exit 6 is a few doors down, exit 7 is right across the street. Hotel is on a quiet street (by Japanese standards) with 1 lane each way. Turn left from hotel front door for quieter area and turn right for busier area. Lots of eating areas around, from Japanese to western to everything else. Walking distance to Nishiazabu Gogyo with the best ramen. As is usual in Tokyo, there are convenience stores all over the place with hot and cold food and everything else; all reasonably priced.

Very nice bed sheets with duvet. They have beaded memory pillows but we had to ask for them. Free toiletries in lobby. Rooms are small as is usual in Japan, but has bathtub. No safe in room. Has self serve laundry.

Not just any low priced abode, this hotel features beaded memory pillows and a pleasant lobby with free toiletries that you may have forgotten. Small but clean rooms, but that’s not surprising for a Tokyo hotel, is it? Well situated, right in the heart of the big T. What else could you ask for?
