We made reservations for lunch time. The idea was to see Shibuya's crossing, but we were surprised with the excellent food! They serve typical french bistro food. It is not a fancy restaurant, just a café with very good food. Loved my onion soup and croque-monsieur!
If you prefer cheaper (and ordinary) food and just want to check the view of the crossing,
Starbucks is right in front.
