Opposite the Teio Plaza Hotel it offers an alternative to expensive hotel dining. Warm atmosphere inside the restaurant offers a range of sizzled meats, steak, pork etc but there is also a buffet without the sizzled meats that is more than adequate adequate. A very large salad bar after having soup and for me I had spaghetti bolognaise. Ample desserts plus tea and coffee with prices reasonable. Good attentive service.

Good steak and service. Yen105 for salad, steak and bottle of wine. Biggest benefit was English menu and speed and efficiency of service.

Visited with hubby as part of a Titan" Essence of Japan" tour.

Ate here one evening and felt it was very good value for money. Salad bar had good selections, main course was small but adequate. Drink was included.

Everything was clean and service was prompt. Staff helpful and courteous.

Would recommend.

Sometimes you just want to go to a salad bar in Tokyo. I haven't been to Sizzler in the U.S. for many years, but I'll bet the one in Tokyo surpasses it! It is clean and it has the best of both worlds. Lots of greens, but also plenty of soy beans (my favorite) and some other Japanese vegetables.
There are many Sizzlers in Tokyo. I like the one in Shinjuku because it has a lot of windows facing the trees.

Just got back from a fantastic lunch at sizzler, which is located just a 5 minute walk from the Hyatt Regency. We had tried to go yesterday (Saturday around 1.30pm) but the line was incredibly long and we were told 40 minutes to an hour. When we came back today (Sunday at around 2.45) there were only 4 groups ahead of us so it wasnt too long to wait.
There is a choice of meals from the grill, which included lamb cutlets, pork loin and ribs, 2 sizes of steaks, chicken fillet, 2 kinds of fish and prawns, all at different prices. There are different sauces and a choice of baked, mashed or fried potatoes (chips). Included with all these meals are all you can eat from the salad bar, dessert and drinks.
You can also have the salad bar on its own for two thousand and something ten (sorry don't remember). The salad bar itself is quite comprehensive, with 3 kinds of soup, soft tortilla tacos with all the trimmings, pasta, scalloped potatoes, make your own salad section with a huge range of additions, 5 kinds of dressing and a range of pre made salads. The Tunisian carrot salad was my very favourite!
The dessert section isn't huge but in my opinion doesn't need to be after eating so much of everything else.
We chose the pork and the lamb cutlets which were both delicious. The salad bar was also kept topped up and very clean and tidy.
A must go if you love salad and buffets, however it's better to go not in peak times if you don't want to wait too long.
