The rooms was super clean and smell good. The kitchen utensils were very helpful to me since I am a muslim, I can cook on daily basis. The hotel situated at Shinjuku where you can find good foods and also a lots of shopping mall near by. Very near to train station as well. I love this place and definitely I will go again when I am in Tokyo in the near future.

It was quite far to walk to the center of Shinjuku, however there is a metro station close by if you prefer to take the metro.

The hotel itself was well run, with very large studio apartments with a kitchenette with microwave, bathroom, living area and bedroom area.

It was also very close to a large supermarket.

Would recommend.

the rooms were a welcome change from the previous few hotels my partner and I have stayed at.

the toilet was larger (by Tokyo standards), there was a proper kitchen along with all the basics for cooking and the clean-up thereafter. However, the location of the apartment was well-served by a variety of eateries and cafes in the area, hence, we did not have to cook during our 5nights of stay there. (i.e. 24-hr Sukiya, 2-3 combinis, a beef teppenyaki place, soba, etc.)

The nearest metro station is about a 2-3minute walk away (Shinjuku-gyoenmae), and about a 10min walk from the madness *grin* that is Shinjuku main station.

Rooms were clean and service was very good. Laundry can be done at the 1st floor of the hotel.

We loved this place. Conveniently located (although don't confuse it with Hotel Shinjuku CENTRAL Citadines), the hotel offers suites--a small kitchenette, beds with a divider between them and the living area, and a small bathroom. All together, one of the bigger hotel rooms you'll ever find for the price in Tokyo! Staff was multilingual and professional. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for 2 people (in an executive twin suite) to spread out and surf on laptops or tablets. Reading lights for each bed. A few quibbles: Shower power was OK, but could have been better. There was no knife to cut fruit in the kitchenette and disposal of food waste wasn't provided for. It would be more helpful to have the closet for hanging things closer to the exit/entrance than the closet with shelves. But these are minor complaints for what was really a great place to stay for a reasonable price. And how often do you get that in Tokyo?

The property is very conveniently located near two subway/metro stations just 5 to 10 minutes on foot. Staff is helpful and friendly. We had a 3-person occupancy executive twin room and it matched our booking. Breakfast was not to our satisfaction being vegetarians. General cleanliness is good. No frills but the place meets all daily requirements comfortably.

Room Tip: Please mention at the time of booking whether you need a room with a view. Our room type did not have any view worthwhile mentioning. It did not matter to us since we hardly spent time in the room during the day.
