On arrival from Narita Airport I took theJR train to Shinjuku Station, would definitely apply in Australia for a JR Train pass as it makes going around Japan so easy.
Next, the hotel is an easy walk of about 15 mins. It can be tricky if you don't know where the Hotel is.
The hotel is in 2 parts, I stayed in the annex, just across from the main hotel.
The room, as I was travelling solo, was small, but that is usual in Tokyo, but in saying that, it was very comfortable and had all mod cons.
The staff very helpful if you required information they were able to help.
Would definitely recommend this hotel, as it is central to everything.

The location was good. Only a 10 min walk from all the main restaurants and shops and train station.
The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was nice. I stayed in the annex and the room was much smaller than I expected, but it worked. My only complaint is the beds and pillows are horrible. I stayed there for a week and my back and neck were in pain the whole time, the matress is hard and the pillows are stuffed with rice or something, not cotton or feathers. I probably would not stay here again due to that reason.

Well maintained, clean hotel. It was always quiet and the staff were helpful when we required assistance. Its in a good location in walking distance from train and plenty of food and restaurants. Would go back there to stay.

Arrived here with my blog friends to the heart of Shinjuku. You find plenty of convenience store running 24hours, vending machine offering lots of choices nearby. The good? You stay near eateries and shopping dostricts. I think them being Jap, the room look really comfortable although it is average decent hotel. Free internet! Good for those who travel on budget.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Free wifi which didn't drop out and ran at a decent speed. Beds were comfy but could have used a second cushion. Staff spoke decent English and were very helpful. Really close to Golden Gai and lots of cafes, bars and restruants. Close to subway stations that connect to major lines. Very good stay!
