Two main problems with this hotel. The main one: the "drain" smell, that refuses to go away and is clearly an ongoing problem. The staff is aware of it and have a de-odourising machine but even that does not remove it. The staff does not tell you about it when you book. You only find out after you have paid - as they make you pay on arrival. Then you are stuck with a smelly room. On the second night, I got another room, which had an air purifier in it, which seemed to work. The second problem with this hotel is that they overstate the size of their rooms on their website. So, for over £80/ night, it is not that great value. Best about it remains the oustandingly central location.More
