Great hotel and great service would recommend highly very clean and in a great location for tourist spots although I'm finding it hard to contact hotel via email as my partner left her glasses 👓 in the hotel room.

This is a fabulous location to stay in Tokyo. The hotel itself is very reasonably priced. Rooms are very compact (no drawers would be my one complaint) but very servicable. Bottled water provided every day. Really good value for money. Where this hotel really scores is in the location. If you do not know Tokyo Asakusa is a fabulous base. The hotel is straight across the road from the Tawaramachi Ekimae station on the Ginza line. In 5 minutes you are at Ueno which is on the Yamanote line which is the major loop railway around central Tokyo.
Asakusa itself has the Sensoji temple which is 12-15 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also a largenumber of really good restaurants within minutes of the hotel to suit every pocket. Do not think you would regret picking this is as your base in Tokyo

I am very happy to hear many compliments.
The hotel is located in a very good location, about a 15-minute train ride from Tokyo Station and a 1-minute walk from Tawaramachi Station, which is the nearest station.
The guest rooms of the hotel are compact, but have been devised so that you can spend as little time as possible.
There are many restaurants and sightseeing spots in the surrounding area, so it will be a memory of your trip.
I look forward to meeting you again when you come to Japan.

For my first visit to Tokyo, I picked specifically this hotel because the price was reasonable, the strategic location and the great reviews from solo travellers such as I was.
Like most Japanese people that I have encountered, staff-members were very polite, respectful and they went the extra mile repeatedly to assist and help in every each way they could. My single room was tiny but comfortable, very cozy and with a nice view from the 11th floor. On the 14th floor, there was a separate public bath 'Sento' for men and women, vending machine and coin-laundry+dryer.
Very nice stay. recommendable for all travellers who want to focus on Asakusa during their stay. Everything I needed was within walking distance.

This is my second time with APA Hotel Tawaramachi and everything was fine. Fast check in, very clean building,fantastic location and fair price.
The room was small (this is Tokyo), but comfortable. Big TV and frigo.
I will stay there next time in Tokyo.

In the Asakusa area, this hotel is in a great position, just outside Tawaramachi Metro Station (Ginza Line).
It has 14 floors and a SPA (14th floor).
It's a Luxurious Hotel, but it's not really expensive.
Room was clean and with all comforts, but a little bit small.

The hotel is located in a good location, just a 1-minute walk from Tawaramachi Station on the Ginza Line. It is popular with many customers because it is within walking distance to Asakusa area, which is also a sightseeing spot.
The large communal bath on the 14th floor is very effective for fatigue and stiff shoulders. I hope you can soak in the hot water and soothe your daily fatigue.
As for the size of the room, it is hard to meet the customer's expectations. Although the guest rooms of the hotel are compact, they have been devised in various ways to ensure a comfortable stay.
For example, all rooms are equipped with large TVs of 50 inches or more, and high-quality amenities are installed.
We will use the opinions received from customers as a reference for future hotel construction.

Check-in was super fast and efficient. You basically do via a machine, it was very impressive.
Service was excellent.
The onsen was the best part of it.
Location is very good; very close to train station.
Will be back for you.

The hotel has an automatic check-in machine that supports the industry's first reservation route. Everything from searching for a reservation to issuing a room key is possible on occasion.
