Casa Matilda is by far one the most comfortable and charming places we’ve ever had the chance to visit. The environment is just spectacular in every season of the year. A pleasant time-off in the countryside, exquisite amenities, and a variety of options to enjoy the Catalan gastronomy in the town surroundings.
It’s family establishment, and it is wonderful to know of many people who already enjoyed a truly delightful experience.

Don’t miss it! :-)

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with an intriguing cave-like look as if sculpted from rock. The common areas a very tastefully decorated reflecting the strong musical interest of the hosts, Leo and Helene. Leo is a tremendously welcoming and accommodating host, along with his delightful dog, Pomelo, who was on hand each morning to lead us up to the dining area for breakfast. Our stay at Casa Matilda was a highlight of our trip to Spain thus far.

Room Tip: Given that we are not keen on navigating stairs, the ground floor location of our room was ideal for us.

Charming place filled with great music, nice books and friendly atmosphere. We loved our big and stylish room with cosy little patio ❤ breakfast was absolutely amazing and the care provided by the staff (and dog Pomelo ) was priceless! Thank you!

This was our third stay at Casa Matilda, mum and I love it here! Leo and his family are so welcoming and the old casa is just beautiful. We really enjoy the delicious breakfast he prepares for us each morning, and love to sit outside on the beautiful roof terrace to eat. Nothing is too much trouble for Leo, and we will be returning again.

Staying at Casa Matilda was special. The place is beautifully decorated with art and the balonies off the rooms overlooking the rooftops of the ancient town are magical. Leo and his wife prepare delicious breakfast with great coffee, fresh fruit, and assortment of local meats , breads and freshly baked goods . They are wonderful host and we felt lucky to have found this special place .

Room Tip: Roo s with balconies are wonderful.
