My husband and I went to this restaurant for our anniversary and had the menu Degustazione... We both were thrilled! Amazing combination of fresh and seasonal ingredients and wonderful creativity in food presentation. We also liked the "this is not what it seems" presentation of each plate (i.e. We ate some small mozzarella bites that on the outside looked like a simple mozzarella while on the inside there was an explosion of fresh tomato sauce).
An incredible knowledge of ingredients, spices and food preparations to guarantee a great experience.
Good staff and very nice place, we will definitely go back, great work!!

Very cozy place to spend the night in for a couple. The food was excellent and the price appropriate. The meat was something special.

Go to this restaurant! This is the best meal I have had in the Vicenza area. Every single dish was creative, beautiful, and impeccably executed. The round tables, soft lighting, and open kitchen create a perfect setting to dine with friends. The tasting menu is immaginative without being so crazy that you have to be told how to eat the dishes. Well, except maybe for the "caprese," which is a tomato & basil infused ball of mozz. The staff was friendly and knowledgable, and the wine list was broad w/ a good range at a variety of price points. Beautiful ingredients, perfectly executed. A delight to find in this small hill town.

in brief: Going to Aqua Crua is accessing an elite spot for food with affordable prices compared to the average for this type of restaurant. Furthermore the location in Barbarano is one of a kind (both the architecture of the place,its interiors but the local environment gets along with this oxigenating sensation)
we had Bull's heart, Volpina, their seafood risotto, the "minestra di verdure" dessert (smart approach here) to name a few dishes: each one a long lasting taste with balance.Harmounious throughout the tasting with pre-starter,pre-main and pre-dessert chosen with specific delicacy. We have been to various 1,2 and 3 michelin starred restaurant and this would definitely hit into the range.We appositely do not add pictures of the food itself as it is recommendet to be experiences in first person (on their website you can find all the info in any case): we can only recommend it for it's extremely high quality/price ratio.

Hardly I can remember of such a perfect evening , a wonderful experience started with an aperitif on the elegantly and rigorous outdoor part of this smartly decorated restaurant some half an hour driving from Vicenza . Gloria the lady supervising the whole operation is really close to perfection in terms of professionalism and under her care the full dinner has been just wonderful. she sees and understands before you need to ask . Giuliano in the kitchen is then plaing his own concert in a way that it deserves extreme plause . The place is just few weeks old still the full crew is working impeccably to offer a sublime moment. from the amuse-bouches served on a three storey sort of srt dish (the stratospheric cod raviolo wrapped in algaes gel ) the unbelievable carpaccio with local cherries , the purple potatos gnocchis filled with burrata and served with prawns, the risotto mackerel, chocoalt and clay ( yes clay ) the pasta ( for me "the weakest" dish of the night) then a lamb that was to cry , and then the desserts starting with a home made gelato made with Mango and rosemary served on black of ice, the cannolo revisted and some chocolates spiced and not to forget any scientifical study on calories
Smart and not obvious wine selection , if you are not in the mood to choose ask Gloria she will recommend you something exceptional
last but not least the ambience (floor, lighting ,furniture ) is simply cool ,if not for those glasses with a curved stem...nobodys perfect even if here they are qute close
A star is born , and some stars will come
