We've just returned from a 10 day holiday at Taurito Princess, what a lovely place it is. It's clean, spacious, every member of staff has a smile and a warm greeting for you and nothing was to much trouble. Food is plentiful and there is something for even the fussy eaters. The entertainment team were brilliant, they greeted everyone in a morning with a smile and hello and invited everyone along to everything, have to say one of the best teams I've encountered. The facilities were fine, a small shop which wasn't overly expensive, coffee, juice, pop and beer on tap to help yourself to. The beach is a stone throw away but the sea is a bit rough if you're wanting to swim. I must point out that they are VERY STRICT about men wearing long trousers for dinner, a witnessed a couple of people being turned away in shorts which is fine if you already know before you travel but we weren't aware of this so it was a good job I had packed a pair for my partner just in case. We did a couple of trips but booked with Aqua Sports just up the road from the hotel and got a great deal from Elaine. It was a great holiday and definitely worth a return trip

Had a wonderful week at this hotel. Good room on 8th floor with wonderful views from the balcony overlooking the sea, bay and waterpark. Lots to do roundabout which kept my 8 and 11 year old happy. 2 pools both a fairly good size with plenty sun loungers. Went all inclusive -restaurant is large and sometimes so busy it feels like a school canteen, food is quite good but room for improvement (more variety, sometimes meat overcooked). Upstairs restaurant is better. Can thoroughly recommend the Chateaubriand €44 for two with a nice bottle of wine to share. It was perfectly cooked and had lovely accompaniments. Staff were very helpful, Kids club was good. There is a games room and an area for teens. Evening entertainment was really good too. Other activities nearby include crazy golf, water park, park, shops, beach with watersports available and dive centre. All in all it was good value for money. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back.

Just came back from a fantastic week at Taurito Princess. We've went to the Taurito to dive, the Canary Diving is located in the hotel and it was very handy having it so close.

Taurito is relatively small resort but perfect if you want chill and relax, if you looking for parties then this is a wrong place to go. It is excellent for autumn/ winter sun holiday.

The hotel is 4 star, beachfront located, all services and shops are in place. Rooms are very clean and all have ocean view, safe included in price, air-con, TV with good selection of channels, comfy beds, balcony with table and chairs. Rooms are cleaned daily. We had Wi-Fi included, the speed is quite good and we had a coverage everywhere in the hotel and next to the pool. Nice mixture of guests from different countries mainly European. Pool area is on the side of the hotel offering a stunning views over beach and ocean.
The very strong point of this hotel is an Entertainment Team, there is a number of animators from Fram, 1-2 Fly and Princess Teams. Good mixture of sport activities and entertainment during the day plus great evening shows keep us entertained.

There are 2 restaurants offering good selection of Mediterranean, European and Canaries speciality food all day long, men have wear long trousers for a dinner.

Like in the other hotels there are some downsides: the biggest one is no Mohitos on the all-inclusive.

Overall very good place to go for a relaxing family holiday. I would come back there.

Room tip: Ask for the room in the upper building closer to the ocean for a stunning view.

This hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere, everything you need is on sight, a small shop, coffee, wine, beer, water and juices, on tap all day long.(cocktails and mocktails available, about 6 free ones included in the all inclusive package, but popular cocktails, are 4.5e each.) there is always something to eat at one of the restaurants, or snacks are left out in heated cabinets or chillers, also available from the piano and pool bar, we were all inclusive, so could help ourselves all day long if we desired, the food was excellent with so much to choose from, there was something for everyone, all on a buffet basis, unless you wanted to book a special night in the upper restaurant, with champagne and gourmet dining, at around £45 a head, we didn't but reports from those that did said it was well worth it.
The hotel is undergoing maintainence to the outside at the moment, but noise was kept to a minimum, and was not really intrusive, work is being done in small sections at a time, and mostly painting work.
Everywhere is kept clean and tidy, our rooms were cleaned daily, and towels changed if left in the bath or shower, beach/pool towels are provided in the room, as is tea and coffee making facilities, you can top up the sachets and milk from any of the many coffee stations throughout the hotel.
There are 2 rules in an otherwise relaxed stay,no reserving sun beds until breakfast is finished at 10.30, towels put out before then are removed by staff, labels to this effect are on all sunbeds until 10.30am, when a staff member removes them, and men must wear long trousers for dinner, swimwear must be covered and shirts or vests, shorts and footwear must be worn for lunch/breakfast, we liked this!
Entertainment was ok, the shows were quite good, and the resident FRAM team worked very hard, and long hours, but were always smiling and ready with a friendly greeting when they saw you, they are all multi lingual it seems, and all from various nations, so all entertainment was in 4 languages, German, English, Spanish and French.
If I have any niggles then it's the seating in the entertainment bar, unless you are in the front 4 rows facing the stage, or the first 2 rows at either side of the stage, you have a restricted view, these seats are taken very early, and rarely become empty once taken, if sitting behind these rows, you can only see the performers from the waist up,(not great when watching Flamenco where all the action is in the feet!) and anywhere to the sides your view is restricted by 2 very large pillars either side of the stage, so we spent most of our time in the piano bar, where Pascal, and I think, Enrique, knocked out the notes all night long, and you can dance the night away, the bar manager in there runs the bar so well, the bar staff are funny and welcoming, they work really well together and seem to have a great rapport. The manager often does a turn on the vocals with the piano players, especially "Stand by me" plenty of seating, and outside sofas on the long balcony outside, where the music can still be heard.
The reception team were always happy to help with any enquiries, and always smiling and seemed happy to see you, again, they all seemed to speak in whichever language was needed?
Bear in mind there are 2 hotels, this one is a family hotel, and as such can be quite noisy during the day and around the pool, there is also music playing every couple of hours or so for water aerobics, and there are water entertainments every afternoon which uses one of the pools for about half an hour, some of the guests that join these activities, can be very competitive, so again it can be noisy, but we found it fun to watch, funny and entertaining, it is all in good fun, if this would be an issue there is an adult only Princess Hotel in Taurito, which you can upgrade to at a price, and pending space, or book that one before you go?
There are shops a café and a Disco in Taurito,(There's a Pharmacy, beach wear, toys, accessories, knick knacks, momentos and some clothes) apart from that little else,(they can be a little pricey) we chose this, for a relaxing pre christmas break, there is a small water park and crazy golf for 17e a day.
You are never far from the beach in Taurito a quiet black sand bay, 2 sun beds and an umbrella, £10.5e a day (10am-6pm peak and 10am-5pm after October) and lots of water rides and sports you can book from a shop on the beach at varying prices. There are one or two cafes on the beach, one belongs to the princess group, if you are in the adult only, you can use this bar included in your all inclusive package, if you are in the family hotel you get 20% discount, but prices are high to start with,( with discount we paid 1.60e for a small plastic cup of 7up). we learned after the first day to keep a couple of water bottles and fill them from the machines in the hotel and take them with us.
The Hotel runs a free bus into Mogan, the next village along the coast, well worth a visit, very quaint, with lots of bars and restauraunts with a harbour and a marina, the bus leaves at 9,25 from the hotel, and picks up at 1pm from the shopping centre in Mogan, it is a fair walk to the harbour and marina from the drop off point, and an incline to get back to the pick up point, a taxi will cost you 3.5e each way.
There is a market in Mogan on Fridays, very popular, so the bus has to be booked for that day, it gets booked VERY quickly, so my advice would be to book on your arrival if you think you would like to visit the market, we didn't and were disappointed not to get a ticket. All in all we had a great 10 days, we were treated like royalty by everyone at the Taurito Princess, and would like to say thank you for a lovely stay.
Would we go back? without a doubt!!

Room tip: The upper floors have the better views.

Just returned from an enjoyable week at this hotel. We had a good time but just felt that the hotel lacked anything special. The room was generally clean (apart from under the sofa, noticed when I was looking for something I had dropped).
The bed was great , a large double and very comfortable.
The shower was average and often difficult to adjust the temperature.
The Air Con was good when it worked but wouldn't always work when we wanted it to.
The room felt more like a budget hotel rather than a 4 star .
The food was generally good with good choices, but only ever luke warm.(often a problem with buffets)
The restaurant was very busy and generally felt overcrowded.
There is a option to book the A La Carte restaurant for two nights, but they only open on a Thursday and Friday, if like us you arrive Thursday evening you are unlikely to be able to secure a reservation.
We found the AI drinks to be good but you had to pay for proper cocktails.
We didn't really enjoy the entertainment, but the flamenco dancers were very good.
We didn't have any problems finding a sun lounger buy the pool, we would generally head to the pool between 10 and 10:30 am.
