The hotel is not really in a busy area, no shops by walking distance (there is a wending machine at each floro). It seemd to me more like a business hotel and a restaurant for locals. Rooms are ok. Breakfast offering is limited but you get all the basics that you migth need. The food in the restaurant was nice although there is not a wide choice, 5-6 per dish. Apetizers are around €15 and main course is around € 22. If you have business in the area to do than it is a fine and calm place, but do not expect any social possibility in the bar or around.

We asked for a quiet room and were allocated an apartment in a separate building a few meters from the main hotel. This was very spacious and well equipped and was perfect for us - particularly as there was a wedding party being held in the hotel on the Saturday night!
The self service breakfast was good, reasonable choice and quality and as much as you wanted.
The bar and restaurant service were not good for example the barman would stop serving your drinks to serve another guest or a restaurant waiter. Then, when we entered the restaurant and waited where indicated, the head waiter walked past us three times, completely ignoring us before eventually showing us to a table. After that point, the waitresses were excellent and the food was very good.

Room Tip: If you want a quiet ask for an apartment - although I do not know if they normally charge more for these.

The facilities are good to have meetings.
Service level to the meetings is satisfactory.
The small meeting room has daylight.
The large meeting room is downstairs and does not have daylight.
Both are adequate.
It is also possible to have face to face meetings in the lobby, which is simple but adequate.
WiFi is free and is fast.
Good parking space, next to hotel.

The place has two levels of restaurant.
I normally use the lunch buffet, which is very good value and much better than you could reasonably expect! Really recommended to also invite a business acquaintance.
The restaurant "a la carte" is actually exceptional in terms of quality, with a gourmet menu and wide choice of wines. This restaurant is well suited for important dinners with customers.

As I say in the title, I use this place for its services, and since many years, it offers a high level of service at a good price. Therefore, I can recommend it based on a long period of time.

Room Tip: Can't comment. I use the meeting rooms.

Room 105.

Plenty of parking outside.
I was offered a "free drink" coupon, got a free beer - also a nice selection of pistacchio, huge olives and crisps.
I had dinner - a pleasent, tasteful restaurant. Nice outlook onto floodlight garden.
Good food, free sorbet and a free small plate of ham.
Enjoyable.

Room has no bath, but a shower. Lots of hot water.
Double bed OK. Temperature control good, no noise from the aircon/heating.
Sky TV, so a lot of choice, in English as well.
No hand lotion, but soap and shampoo provided.
Corridor has carpeting, excellent. Many Italian hotels have hard floors - they look OK, but are noisy when people wheel luggage along them. I had no such noisy trouble here.
Mini bar has x2 water only. A payment vending machine in the hall - nuts, choccie, soft drinks and at better pricing than a mini bar.
I had a good night's sleep. Low noise, OK bed, dark room.

Breakfast - very good for Italian. (Italian breakfast can be spartan)
Coffee machine, so help yourself.
Fresh fruit salad, pastries, hot sausages, eggs, bacon.
Cold ham, cheese, salami.
Choice of 4 juices and cereal.

Cannot find anything major wrong with it - can recommend.

Nice hotel, good clean and airy rooms, good value for money.
Situated in a tiny suburb with a couple of decent restaurants close by and a hotel restaurant.
Sky TV, but seemed to encrypt Italy v Germany football match and want extra payment when it was free on RAI 1.
Front desk friendly and helpful.
Breakfast OK, but staff startetd clearing it away at 9.30am, when advertised until 10.00am.
Ample parking.
Good base for Milan and Monza.
