First off, I can not say enough good things about the staff, they were fantastic, and if it was just them I was rating, the it would be 10/10.. However the hotel itself is quite dated. It feels like they are trying, but its just not got there yet. The reception area is fine, but the corridor to the ground floor rooms was dark and quite intimidating, and felt like a throwback to the 1970s. The restaurant was also quite dated and the music played was so bad, it discouraged us from wanting to remain to be honest.
Its location is well placed to discover the local area, but dont expect to be able to walk to a restaurant anywhere close by, but as a base, its adequate.
Also, check the final price. We booked based on €265 for 3 people for 2 nights but with city taxes and breakfasts, and 1 drink each on both nights for 2 of us, the bill came in closer to €385 which did come as a shock, so be warned.
The hotels main attraction is the pool, which is superb, even on a bad weather day, it was welcome and is well maintained. I was disappointed that it does not open until 1000 am which, considering it is not a manned pool, seemed a shame as I could not start the day with a nice swim.
Would I stay again, I have to say no, sorry..
Ideal location although 2+ hours away from St Malo. Both hotel and clubhouse are thoroughly recommended with reasonable prices, a good selection of beers & snacks and very, very attentive staff. Great place all round.

Our hotel is just near the golf and just few kilometers from beaches Carnac, La trinité, Quiberon...So you can practice golf and spend another day at the beach or visiting megalith or others places. Shopping in Carnac or Auray or Vannes (30 min) next return at the hotel take quiet time in the swimmingpool or on the terrace. The restaurant open from tueday to saturday welcolme you for traditionnal french cooking only make with fresh products.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but it is definitely a first class hotel, one that I would choose again to stay in. We stayed in May 2019 primarily for golf, but were pleasantly surprised how clean and welcoming the hotel was. The facilities were first class, nice pool, steam room and gym, and the rooms were all of a good size so no creeping past your partner to get to the bathroom. What really makes this hotel is the husband and wife team who run the place. They are happy in their job and it shows, nothing was too much trouble for them to enhance your stay. If you want to stay in the area, and not even to play golf, you will have trouble finding a better hotel.
A lovely quiet base for a trip to Brittany, very clean and comfortable rooms, perfect for families or couples.
Only criticism Wifi very slow and limited food options.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I go chiefly to play golf, however the hotel is conveniently placed to enable excursions to the surrounding area and there is an excellent beach a short drive away if you want to do some sunbathing. The best port of entry is St Malo as you will only have a short drive of one and a half to two hours.
