Good pizzas and creative menu. Nice service and reasonable prices :). Different choices of pizza dough (integrale, gluten free etc)

Arrived at 9 on a Tuesday night and there was no table for an hour at least. We went back an hour later and still had to wait but it was well worth it. Friendly and efficient staff, great atmosphere, huge super light pizzas and all for a ridiculously low price. Definitely worth a visit but booking advised.

This pizza establishment has real good pizza. The restaurant fills up quickly, so arriving at 8:00pm when it opened really made a difference. The service was prompt, and the server understood English. The is a nice wine list, all moderately priced. The dining experience was pleasant, and we enjoyed our meals. Arrive early because the place gets full. The parking can be challenging.

We arrived at Premiata restaurant last Tuesday at @ 7:45 pm to an empty restaurant. We were immediately seated and given menus by an English speaking waitress. The restaurant is very nicely decorated throughout. The menu is extensive but since we knew what we wanted, we really didn't examine the menu. Each of the four diners ordered different types of pizza. Service was prompt, the pizza incredibly delicious. Pizzas in this part of Italy are thin crust; do not expect a Chicago style deep dish pizza. Ensalada misto featured crisp greens, carrots, cherry tomatoes and corn as is the tradition in many parts of Italy. The salad was accompanied by olive oil and red wine and balsamic vinegar. The restaurant filled up very quickly, a testament to its popularity and by the time we exited @ 9:45 pm, several couple were waiting for an open table. The bill for 4 pizzas, a salad, a bottle of wine and water came to €46. We will definitely return to this restaurant.

Most possibly the best pizza in this area, they also cater for all types of intolerances too. The only down side is you must book early for a weekend table, although you can choose to take away. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The locality also serves a selection of German beer.
