Some words in English for all the users here. We went from Frankfurt( Germany) to Zakynthos in July 2017. We booked this beautiful an perfect house in Katastari. It was very clean, private, tastefully designed and we felt like at home. So many beautiful details, our kids and us , we enjoyed the stay so much . Nikos and Christina were so polite. They were available for every reason. From " our home " we reached all the beautiful beaches by car very fast. Our favorite beach was Xigia, only 10 minutes away. Beautiful .......... Next to the house are local people living. They were an enrichment. Friendly and helpful.
At the end of our stay Nikos and christina wanted to know, if there is something we missed. Very proffesionell.
The privacy and the the beautiness of the Garden were amazing.
Staying in this house was the best decision , we will surely come back. A little piece of paradise in the east of Zakynthos . And we have seen many
places, but this one had real charisma.

In village not far from the coast. Close to a main route but surprisingly peaceful and with very nice garden. Feels close to countryside (chickens and dogs nearby). All key amenities provided and Nikos and Christine maintained good communication and were keen to please.

We had lovely stay in Villa Gioia. Nikos is very friendly host. Apartments has one big dinning room, 2 living rooms, kitchen and of course terrace in garden. We love to stay in garden at morning and evenings. House and garden are designed very well. House is perfect for families with 2 children.. Could be also 5 people accommodation. Till nearest beach Alykes is 20 -25 min walking. It is sandy beach.
This Villa is perfect location! We found that we want!
1 review Villa Gioia is a perfect place to stay if you are spending time in Zakynthos. Beautiful decor, great location, wonderful private gardens and the pictures do not do the property justice. It has to be experienced. Our host was exceptional and we now feel like we have a home when we visit Zakynthos again.

2 reviews As Aussie Greeks we are fussy about where we stay in Greece and the Villa exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived we were looked after by Nikos and Christina and felt like I was at my mums village by the sea. The location was fabulous very close to the spa beach and other gorgeous beaches. Driving to main town of Zante is only 20 min and we were happy to be out of the crowds and surrounded by beautiful gardens at the villa. We enjoyed using the herbs in the garden and eating in the courtyard. The villa is spacious and air conditioned and beautifully appointed. Best stay in Greece so far has been Villa Gioia in Zakyhthos.
