We are not able to predict the nature of these weather events and indicated in our ‘Terms and Conditions’ that all departures and itineraries are subject to weather, tides and sea conditions. We seek your kind understanding in all dive schedule as it is subject to change without any prior notice in accordance with weather conditions for your safety. For all dive trips, we would advise you as soon as we know and let you decide if you like to change the dive trip to another day or cancel the trip for a full refund, which we did not charge you at all. During adverse weather conditions that make it dangerous or inadvisable to travel, we hope you understand that your safety and the safety of our staff is paramount in our operation. Nirwana Gardens Dive Centre cannot be held responsible for adverse unforeseen weather conditions, involving rough seas and poor visibility. If you’re looking for compensation, we would recommend a travel & cancellation insurance policy that covers for unforeseen circumstances, which we will fully support you with any travel insurance claims. We understand your sentiments for having a rough day travelling and the cancellation of the diving trip doesn’t help, we sincerely regret that your experience with us was not as you expected to be. Although you have indicated otherwise, we hope for the opportunity to welcome you back on your next return to Bintan, should you choose to stay with us again in the future.
