The staff were very helpful and always have a smile on their faces.. They helped repaired and changed the battery for my baby's toy. Baby cot was prepared as requested. Room is clean and spacious. However, we also spoted some small ants at the basin. Toilet sliding door is a bit faulty and some dripping sound from the WC. These are minor problems to me and overall I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel. We also swam at the pool and dined at the restaurant at level 7.
There isn't much to walk around the hotel. The only place worth visiting nearby is probably Warung Yeah which sells very reasonable and tasty food.

Went there during the Ironman event Bintan, they closed up most of the area near the seas.
It is also some distance away from the sea but there are nicer resorts around for Nirwana.
You might want to consider other resorts if you feel like sunbathing.

The friendly and approachable multilingual staff made a conscientious effort to make me and my partner's stay enjoyable. The room was luxurious and cosy, with a good view of the plaza and the surroundings. A return journey is definitely in the works.

We stayed for two nights in this nice and relaxed hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and we had a lovely view from our balcony. We found the rooftop pool to be super cool, there are a few construction sites around but the view is still amazing, especially when the sun sets. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of Western and Asian food.

this hotel is quite new and a 15mins bus ride away from the ferry terminal.. there is a lagoi plaza just beside the hotel and there are restaurants / massage spas / bit of shopping to do there..

the hotel also provide shuttle service to Nirwana Garden resort, you just need to inform the front desk on the timing.. they will give you a wrist tag that enables you to roam about in Nirwana Garden resort..

the room was huge but the furnishing seems to be old.. toilet door was creaky and looks like it was being teared apart.. kept hearing the water gushing around at the toilet bowl too.. however, bed and pillows were very comfortable..

breakfast was OK in my opinion, perhaps some more local food will be preferred.. infinity swimming pool was lovely, view not so much as there are construction going on nearby.. you can actually walk to lagoi beach which is just beside lagoi plaza.. lovely place for a sunset walk with your partner..

overall, still value for money and definitely will consider staying here again.. thanks for the pleasant decoration for my spouse's birthday!
