Visited over the long Diwali weekend with my 2 toddlers (1 and 4 y.o), husband and helper.
Pros:
- Every single staff was so friendly, helpful and sincere. Hospitality is definitely 5 stars here. Nintan especially went all out as we forgot our daughter’s slippers in one of the restaurants in Nirwana & she went out of the way to get it back to us and even hand delivered it to our room! Kudos to her great service!
- Put a baby cot in my room without even asking for it, cot was very clean with cute beddings
- Room was large enough for the 5 of us to stay (paid for an extra bed)
- Cafe on L7 (Bar7 Rooftop Bar & Grill) serves great food and 50% cheaper than that of Nirwana! We kept searching for nice food around our area but only decided to try this on our last night.
- Complimentary shuttle service to Nirwana almost every hourly
- Absolutely loved their freshly baked baguette at breakfast!
- Kids Club (playroom) was great and my kids really enjoyed themselves! TV, slides, ball pit, coloring paper, origami craft paper etc
- Entertainment Room next door has PS4!
Cons:
- Location not as convenient as if you were in Nirwana Gardens but you get bang for your buck as Nirwana’s hotels are almost double the amount you pay!
- Plaza Lagoi feels deserted. Nothing much to shop. Food...Visited over the long Diwali weekend with my 2 toddlers (1 and 4 y.o), husband and helper.
